Exchange & Returns

We offer exchanges only. If you'd like to exchange your piece for a different product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are for items of equal or greater value; any price difference is payable by the customer. No refund or credit is given when exchanging for a lower-value item.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final except for eligible exchanges within the 48-hour window.
